Although NCQA will not calculate Health Plan Ratings for Accreditation scoring in 2020 standards year, certain standards (e.g., QI 3 and QI 4 in HP 2020) allow the use of HEDIS and CAHPS data. Organizations are encouraged to use HEDIS/CAHPS data to meet these requirements.
