IRT Release Schedule

IRT Release 20 is scheduled for Monday, March 30, at 8am ET.

The IRT system will not be available from 5pm Friday, March 27–8am Monday, March 30, while updates are tested.

What’s Changing?

Based on your input, we made the following changes.

Score by Product LineScores tabScore across all product lines once or by product line.
Add Issues By Product LineIssues/Support Texts tabAdd product lines for each issue (similar to selecting delegates).

Changes to HPA 2020 and New Features

For organizations, we made these changes to HPA 2020 and added new features:

Online Application Integration With IRTACTIONS buttonClick “Go to Online Application” in to verify the status of an application.
New Timeline StagesTimelineFor survey tools purchased on and after March 30, 2020, IRT timeline has new stages to support Presubmission and, when applicable, Corrective Action Plans.
Summary of Changes PageACTIONS buttonExportable list of changes for elements from the previous standard year.
Tabs and Vertical FilterElement ViewCustomers have the option to switch from tabs to a vertical view for scrolling down the element.
Linked Licenses: Grouping ReportsReportsIn a linked license group, toggle between each license in Submission Overview Report, Medicaid Report, Medicare Report and Score Summary.
Delegate Entry UpdateDelegation Standards (Scores tab)When delegate names or NOT APPLICABLE are typed/saved in Element A, the text pushes to the remaining elements in the standard.
