NCQA did not issue a Policy Update release in July 2026 for any NCQA products. The next Policy Update release is scheduled for November 2026.

Policy Updates for Accreditation and Measurement

NCQA makes updates or clarifications to Standards & Guidelines several times per year, as needed. Review the corrections, clarifications and policy changes to the most recent Standards and Guidelines for NCQA programs and incorporate them into your implementation processes.
