Based on ongoing updates from the CDC and other authorities, we have enacted these policies for NCQA staff, contractors and events. NCQA is evaluating delivery options including virtual programs. Registered attendees have the option to select a virtual training program or a future alternative in-person program date. All transfer and cancellation fees are currently being waived.
