The Virtual Team Training Model: On-Demand Content + Live Webinars

Combine the flexibility and cost efficiency of on-demand training with access to expert faculty through live webinars.

  • Learners can access on-demand training materials to review content relating to selected topics.
  • On-demand content is supplemented with scheduled live webinars so learners can connect directly with NCQA faculty and subject matter experts.
  • Webinars are an opportunity for learners to ask questions about training content.
  • Learners can submit questions in advance and/or ask them live.
  • Live webinars will be recorded and added to training courses for review or for learners who could not participate live.
  • Content will be available online for one year.
  • NCQA will offer continuing medical education credits and PCMH CCE credits as part of the regular on-demand training.

Benefits of a Virtual Team Training
