As an organization committed to advancing quality improvement and the patient-centered medical home model of care, NCQA invites you to a special PCMH Office Hours session that will foster a deeper understanding of program requirements, answer your immediate questions and help you clarify challenging criteria. 

Join NCQA PCMH program operations staff and leaders, Recognized practices and PCMH Certified Content Experts for 2025 PCMH Office Hours.
In addition to answering your questions, we’ll discuss these topics and others:

•    Corrective action plans.

Faculty

Victoria L. Beecher, MSM
 

Vicki is an Assistant Director with NCQA’s Recognition Programs and has been with NCQA since 2011.  In her role, Vicki leads a team of managers & representatives that assist customers seeking Physician Recognition in Patient-Centered Medical Home, Patient-Centered Specialty Practice and Diabetes Recognition. She is a PCMH Certified Content Expert.

 Vicki attended Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida for her undergraduate and graduate work, and earned a Master of Science in Management.

 Prior to joining NCQA, Vicki worked with a large out-patient medical group in Melbourne, FL as the Director of Quality Initiatives. Vicki also served in the United States Air Force in Health Services Management for 8 years.  While in the military, Vicki earned the distinction of the Air Force Airman of the Year for the Health Services Management career field.

Continuing Education

This course grants 1.0  required Continuing Education Unit (CEU) points for PCMH Certified Content Experts.

This is a non AMA PRA Category 1 Credit^TM, ANA CNE, ACPE activity.
