What's New with the Q?  

Join us for a demonstration of the Q-PASS system emphasizing updates included in the next release. During this webinar, faculty will move​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ through the Q-PASS platform demonstrating the recognition process end to end, while highlighting changes and enhancements included in the upcoming V2.0 Release scheduled for October 21.  You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about what has been included in the Q-PASS V2.0 Release. Faculty

Rebecca L. Best, MSHS, PCMH CCE

Rebecca is an assistant director in the Quality and Process Improvement unit, overseeing software product management for NCQA’s Recognition Programs.  She is responsible for providing overall product vision, product strategies and successful formulation and execution of the product. Working closely with key stakeholders, Rebecca recommends system designs/enhancements to meet business needs and objectives as well as serve as the voice of the client.

Before moving into her current role, Rebecca was a policy manager, supporting the maintenance of Recognition Program requirements and resource materials as well as a survey manager where she provided support to practices seeking Recognition. Rebecca is a PCMH Certified Content Expert and served as faculty at education and training seminars while in both positions.

Prior to joining NCQA in 2013, Rebecca worked for two accreditation organizations, CARF International and The Joint Commission.  In her role as a Recourse Specialist for CARF International she provided consultation and technical assistance to organizations and surveyors, as well as overseeing the planning and execution of annual surveyor training. At The Joint Commission Rebecca worked as an Account Executive providing accreditation education and guidance to organizations for Hospital, Home Care, Behavioral Health, Laboratory, Disease Specific Care, Health Care Staffing and Long Term Care programs. 

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Science in Health Sciences for Health Care Quality from The George Washington University.

Continuing Education

This webinar recording provides maintenance of certification credit (2 points) under "other" for PCMH CCEs.  This is a non AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM, ANA CNE, APA, ACPE and ASWB ACE activity.
