Government Recognition Initiative & Projects (GRIP)
NCQA GRIP manages government contracts that promote the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model in Federally-Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Current contracts with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) provides financial support for the costs of NCQA PCMH Recognition and technical assistance in achieving Recognition and Massachusetts Health Policy Commission (HPC) Recognition.

MA HPC PCMH PRIME
MA HPC PCMH PRIME Massachusetts’ Health Policy Commission (HPC), in partnership with NCQA, has developed the MA HPC PCMH PRIME certification program. This voluntary certification program, available to Massachusetts practices, will endorse practices that meet NCQA's rigorous guidelines for patient-centered care and succeed in maintaining additional behavioral health care services for their population.
