Each HEDIS season, a compilation of IDSS file updates are posted for Health plans submitting HEDIS data to NCQA. These files are referenced by health plans and HEDIS certified vendors and auditors to utilize during the IDSS process.
Below are the Final HEDIS MY 2025 IDSS files. Changes to the files compared to the previous year can be found in the crosswalk section. More information on measure specific changes can be found in the HEDIS Volume 2 Technical specification. The IDSS system will be available in March 2026.
