  The attached document updates the list of requirements that have been eliminated for 2013 standards and will be scored "NA" for 2012 Accreditation and Certification Surveys beginning on or after July 1, 2012, for the products specified. UM 13, Element C, factors 1 and 2 were added to the list for HP and NHP. NCQA will continue to evaluate and score the requirements where it has an agreement with a state or federal agency to conduct such reviews (e.g., Medicare Advantage Deeming Surveys).
