PCMH: Your Ideas Count

March 15, 2015 · NCQA

NCQA wants the ideas of those who live on the front lines of care. That includes patients receiving care and those who work with patients, families, and caregivers to deliver care. NCQA seeks their unique insights as the organization pushes forward to evolve and improve the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition program. The formal invitation can be found on the NCQA web site at: http://www.ncqa.org/Newsroom/Statements/PCMHIdeas.aspx.

As a result of the recommendations, suggestions and critiques the team has already received, it is planning an ambitious redesign of the program.

“We appreciate the initial feedback,” says Executive Vice President of the Quality Measurement & Research Group, Michael Barr, MD. “But we suspect there are more suggestions that may help.”

The redesign team set up a digital “idea box” where you can submit your ideas, opinions and suggestions. Click here to share your thoughts with us.
