December 10, 2018 · Lawrence Green

NCQA traveled to Midlothian Village, Virginia, to get an “up-close and personal” perspective of how patient-centered coordinated care has transformed the quality of health care at Pediatric and Adolescent Health Partners, an NCQA-Recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home.

In the video below, Drs. Scott Keel and Ted Abarnathy discuss how this care helps improve clinicians’ responsiveness and significantly reduce patient stress. They also talk about the rewards of becoming a PCMH and give advice to practices interested in transforming.

See how Pediatric and Adolescent Health Partners is changing the lives of children’s health.
