HRHCare Receives Quality Achievement Honor

Plan. Do. Study. Act. It’s a classic formula that HRHCare uses for quality improvement while serving its more than 135, 000 patients.

HRHCare started 40 years ago in Peekskill, NY and has expanded throughout the Hudson River Valley and into Long Island.

Over the years HRHCare has set the pace for healthcare improvement. It was among the first users of electronic health records and also among the first to organize primary care by transforming clinics to patient-centered medical homes (PCMH).

Plan. Do. Study. Act. Is also a culture committed to trying new things. Staff input is encouraged, voices are heard and new ideas are tested.

HRHCare has 25 centers and continues to expand, spreading its organizational commitment to quality and to quality improvement.
