This document reports national benchmarks and national and regional thresholds for HEDIS measures and HEDIS/CAHPS 4.0H survey results required for NCQA’s Accreditation of Managed Care Organizations—2007 for commercially insured, Medicaid and Medicare populations. These benchmarks and thresholds will be used to score managed care organizations (MCO) for accreditation year 2007. Benchmarks and thresholds for the CAHPS questions used in Member Connections elements for the 2007 MCO and PPO standards are also included at the end of this document.
