Accreditation Manager
The Accreditation Manager will perform the functions of the Accreditation Survey Coordinator role, manage the survey process to prepare customers and survey team members for surveys, adjudicate customer inquiries pertaining to surveys, conduct accreditation and certification surveys, review preliminary survey results for accuracy and completeness, and respond to customer comments on the preliminary survey results.

Assistant to the VP, Public Policy & Communication
The Assistant to the VP, Public Policy & Communications performs a variety of complex executive level administrative duties supporting the Vice President and the Public Policy & Communications Department. The position requires proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail and excellent communications skills in setting up internal and external meetings. The position also requires providing high quality service to internal and external customers, and a willingness to take on new tasks to support all members of the team.
Associate General Counsel
The Associate General Counsel will function as a senior attorney in the Office of the General Counsel. He or she will advise internal staff and interact with external parties on behalf of the Office of the General Counsel regarding contracts, protection of intellectual property, accreditation matters, regulatory issues (with an emphasis on healthcare law), corporate business issues and other issues that may arise.
Developer
The Developer will execute programming approaches to support various applications development projects. He or she must be able to code at the entry to intermediate level in applications supported with Visual Studio, SQL server, ASP and C# DotNet.
Director, Recognition Programs
The Director, Recognition Programs will provide the operational lead for Recognition Program tasks on a day to day basis. He or she will lead a team of managers, analysts, coordinators and contract surveyors to deliver NCQA’s Recognition decisions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Health Care Analyst
The Health Care Analyst will provide research and project management support for research and measures development. He or she will support the development and maintenance of performance measures for HEDIS and other NCQA products.
Human Resources Coordinator/Assistant
The Human Resources Coordinator/Assistant will perform a variety of confidential administrative duties supporting the HR function. This position requires attention to detail, organization skills, the ability to work in a team environment while still working independently and responsibly, making sound decisions, exercising good judgment and initiative and responding to quickly changing priorities.
Network Engineer
The Network Engineer will support the organization’s networked information systems and related equipment. This position performs upgrades and maintenance on all network systems.
Policy Manager
The Policy Manager serves as product and content experts for assigned accreditation and certification products. The Policy Manager works with members of the Policy team and with other areas of the organization to help advance NCQA’s mission and support efforts to make NCQA a great and healthy place to work.
Research Scientist
The Research Scientist will provide senior level quantitative analysis, technical assistance, and project leadership to the Analysis/Research and Performance Measurement department, and other areas of NCQA as needed.
