Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for helping the sales team meet its revenue objectives by managing and nurturing new customer and prospect experiences through all stages of sales cycles. Working collaboratively with Marketing and other functional units, the Associate will help to manage numerous outreach campaigns that support Customer Engagement and new sales activities for the various NCQA products and programs. Primary responsibilities will be to identify new prospect opportunities for the products and services that NCQA provides and to manage the customer and prospect experiences throughout the sales cycles leading to closure of opportunities. The Associate will be adept at using Salesforce to manage daily activities, contact relationships and to track the progression and closure of opportunities. Leading new sales initiatives through departmental collaboration, outbound calling and email outreach are strong requirements of this position. The Associate will also be responsible for assisting the AVP with preparation, maintenance and submission of the required monthly reporting to Leadership Team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Accreditation Coordinator

The Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties to help facilitate effective and efficient management of Accreditation Operations. Director, Program and Operational Integrity

The director will lead, oversee and manage investigative activities related to the standards regarding complaints, fraud, regulatory sanctions and allegations of other misconduct involving organizations with NCQA statutes. Health Care Analyst, Survey Vendor Certification

This position provides operational support for patient experience survey and other non-survey client engagements. It involves tasks in all phases of multiple survey projects including survey vendor training, quality oversight, data collection, and preparing written deliverables. Manager, Physician Recognition Programs

The role of the Recognition Manager is to aid practices pursuing transformation or sustaining Patient-Centered Recognition. The manager will provide support and oversight of the evaluations conducted on practices. Acting as an internal content and subject-matter expert, the manager will resolve content questions that arise from practices during or preparing for evaluations. The manager will assess criteria completion of practices and organizations pursuing recognition. Product Development Analyst

The Analyst contributes to the development of new NCQA products and the enhancements of existing products, conducting staff work and facilitating teams. Product Marketing Manager, Health Care and Physicians

Research Scientist

The Research Scientist will develop, lead, and collaborate on research and performance measure development focusing on a variety of areas including geriatric health, care coordination, behavioral health, vulnerable populations and other areas. The position is primarily funded through long-standing and new grants and contracts. The research scientist will lead/collaborate on the development and implementation of work streams focused on the development of new and novel performance measures which target evidence based quality of care for the purpose of comparing accountable entities to one another. Senior Health Care Analyst

The Senior Health Care Analyst will take a significant leadership role in the execution and oversight of projects within the Quality Measurement and Research Group at NCQA. The senior analyst is principally responsible for managing the development and evaluation of quality measure initiatives. The senior analyst must be highly organized, demonstrate creativity in applying analytical methods, and be very proficient at making decisions using complex data. This position requires specialized knowledge of a variety of health related topics, ideally in behavioral health, as well as nationally-recognized quality metrics, industry standard code sets, and data sources.
