Rachel Harrington, PhD Bio
Rachel Harrington, PhD, is Senior Product Strategist at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). In this role she leads the development and evolution of NCQA’s patient-centered program initiatives, focusing on improving health care quality, reducing disparities, and ensuring everyone can achieve their best possible health. This continues a body of work focusing on methods to improve data, promote transparency, incentivize closure of quality gaps and, ultimately, improve systems of care. A nationally recognized expert in healthcare quality and equity, Dr. Harrington has served as an advisor for initiatives at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, National Quality Forum and the National Academy of Medicine. Prior to joining NCQA, she spent over 10 years in industry and academic health system settings with extensive experience in the areas of risk-adjusted utilization, medication safety, economic modeling and patient engagement in research. Dr. Harrington holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy Systems, Outcomes and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

With more than 18 years of experience launching successful products and transforming organizations, Kristin is passionate about collaborating to solve complex problems and elevate the health and wellbeing of consumers. She champions a customer-centric culture, overseeing the design and delivery of end-to-end experiences that generate measurable value and ROI for health plans, employers, and their beneficiaries. Her leadership ensures Vitality Group remains at the forefront of industry trends, leveraging the world’s largest behavioral change platform and the longest-running wellness program.
Kristin is recognized for building strategic partnerships, guiding go-to-market strategy, and representing Vitality Group at industry events and forums. Her work accelerates market expansion and positions Vitality Group as a leader in the payer space.
Prior to her current role, Kristin served as Chief Operating Officer of the Health Plan Alliance, driving collaborative innovation among regional and independent health plans. She also held leadership roles at GHG Advisors and founded RISE, a flagship healthcare networking association.
Kristin holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Science in Health Care Informatics from the University of San Diego. She is a member of Women Business Leaders and a director for CIMRO, a URAC-accredited independent peer review organization. Kristin frequently presents on leading change, innovation incubation, and managed care industry trends.
Tanya Little, MSc Bio
Behavioral economist Tanya Little is a growth executive, speaker and business coach with 20 years of experience in business development, strategy and leadership. Little is known for leveraging the art and science of connection to build relationships and make the changes needed to get faster to revenue.
Little currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Vitality, a B2B digital health engagement company, where she is responsible for developing new lines of business, sales and go-to-market strategy. Additionally, she serves as the organization’s external face, speaking regularly at key market conferences and connecting with leading influencers.
A former consultant for McKinsey & Company and Accenture, Little holds a Master of Science Economics degree from the London School of Economics and is a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation and CHIEF. She trained at the Process Work Institute in Portland, OR, is a certified business coach via The Coaching Centre, and is an expert in helping businesses leverage behavioral science to grow.
Prior to joining Vitality, Little was Group Operations Executive at global healthcare organization Life Healthcare, where she led the turnaround of a healthcare solutions business and launched a primary care business from the ground up. Before that, she held various strategic and operational leadership roles at international bank and wealth manager, Investec.
