The NCQA Health Plan Report Card helps you create a custom report card from hundreds of NCQA-Accredited health plans. 

Health Insurance Plan Rankings
NCQA's annual Health Insurance Plan Rankings rates both Accredited and non-Accredited health plans by quality and performance metrics. 

New Health Plan Status List
New Health Plan Accreditation is available to health plans that have been in existence less than three years and is awarded for a three year period.

This report which contains information on how health plans in New York measure and report on physician performance.

Credentials Verification Organizations

NCQA's Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation assesses key areas of health promotion, including how wellness programs are implemented in the workplace and how services such as coaching are provided to help participants develop skills to make healthy choices.

All report cards and status lists are updated on the 15th of every month with information as of the end of the previous month.
