The HEDIS Core Implementation Guide (IG) provides guidelines for measuring and reporting health care quality measures. It builds off widely used implementation guides, US Core IG and the CARIN IG for Blue Button. It adds the FHIR® data mapping target necessary to meet HEDIS-specific requirements and is used by NCQA customers participating in Digital Content Services and Data Aggregation Validation – FHIR.
