Every year, NCQA sends a group of scientists to present our latest groundbreaking research at AcademyHealth’s Annual Research Meeting. This year, we broke our previous record by showcasing 13 research projects at the meeting. In the video below, NCQA Research Scientist Junqing Liu presents one of the research posters highlighted at AcademyHealth’s conference. Junqing discusses how substance abuse diagnosis and treatment have changed in the last five years using HEDIS health plan data.
