Every year, NCQA sends a group to present our latest groundbreaking research at AcademyHealth’s Annual Research Meeting. This year, we broke our previous record by showcasing 13 research projects at the meeting. In this video, NCQA Health Care Analyst Catherine Clair presents one of the research posters highlighted at AcademyHealth’s conference. Catherine conducted a qualitative study to understand health plans’ strategies and activities that contribute to high or improving performance on two HEDIS measures: The Use of First-Line Psychosocial Care for Children and Adolescents on Antipsychotics and Metabolic Monitoring for Children and Adolescents on Antipsychotics.
