- How your organization uses NCQA programs today—particularly Credentialing, Utilization Management, Health Outcomes Accreditation (formerly Health Equity Accreditation) or Community‑Focused Care Accreditation (formerly Health Equity Accreditation Plus).Â
- The impact Accreditation or Certification has had on your operations or stakeholder experience.
- Insights or lessons learned that may be helpful to peer organizations.
What to Expect
- A 15–30-minute conversation conducted by a member of NCQA’s Product Marketing team.
- Participation can either be attributed or de‑identified, depending on your organization’s preference.
