Description:
This session includes a slide presentation on the requirements and process for submitting Multi-Site practice organizations for PCMH Recognition in the QPASS system. There is also an opportunity to ask NCQA staff questions that you have about the process and Multi-Site eligibility.
Prerequisite:
Please be familiar with the PCMH Standards & Guidelines and have questions. (see Reference Materials below)
Target audience:
Decision makers, team members and/or consultants working in or with currently recognized PCMH practice groups or practice groups preparing to apply/enroll for the first time.
