About the On-Demand Webinar
PCMH Certified Content Experts (CCE) are valued ambassadors of the Patient-Centered Medical Home. During the webinar, faculty will discuss how to approach the new process to pursue PCMH. Faculty will move through the platform, step by step, demonstrating the functions, requirements and tips and tricks for navigating the system.
