About the On-Demand Training 

This program is a six-part series with an expert panel discussion on Continuous Process Improvement. Introduction to Lean Participants will gain knowledge on the core principles of Lean and Six Sigma, Lean for healthcare, 8 Wastes, and the 5 S’s.
