About the Seminar
Designed for organizations undergoing their first NCQA survey, those that have new staff managing the survey process or those who need a refresher, this seminar will use a blended approach to help participants learn about the comprehensive framework to improve the quality of care and services through NCQA’s Accreditation process. A set of on-demand modules will precede the live 2.5 day seminar and attendees will be given an opportunity to discuss what was learned from the modules with expert faculty during the live training.
Participants are encouraged to purchase a copy of the 2019 Health Plan Standards and Guidelines to complement the seminar’s material.
