Wendy Talbot, MPH
Assistance Vice President
Measure Collection and Audit
NCQA

Wendy Talbot is the Assistance Vice President of Measure Collection and Audit, with the National Committee For Quality Assurance (NCQA).
She is responsible for NCQA’s HEDIS Compliance Audit program. This program maintains the HEDIS licensure and certification contracts for audit firms and individual auditors. She is also responsible for NCQA’s Data Collection Department that maintains and support the
Healthcare Organization Questionnaire (HOQ) and the Interactive Data Submissions System (IDSS).

Wendy has 20 years of industry experience working with federal, state and local government, managed care and behavioral health organizations, and physician groups. Prior to working with NCQA, she worked as the Director of Performance Measure Validation and Audits for Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG), an External Quality Review Organization and one of NCQA’s HEDIS Licensed Organizations. While at HSAG, she was an NCQA Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor and performed over 150 HEDIS, P4P and Performance Measure Validation audits. She began her career as an Epidemiologist at the Arizona Department of Health Services.

Wendy completed her undergraduate education in Health Sciences at the University of Nevada, Reno. She also holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Arizona. She has been a Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor since 2007.

 

 

Jason Buckner
Chief Information Officer

Jason has been at the forefront of the nonprofit Health Information Exchange (HIE) industry for over a decade. His previous roles include leadership positions at NC HealthConnex and The Health Collaborative, where he utilized his broad technical experience in interoperability, informatics, and analytics to help improve healthcare. 

Jason has served on multiple national committees including the eHealth Exchange Coordinating Committee. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Queens College in Charlotte, NC.

 

 


Daryl Landvatter
Director of Clinical Analytics
Network Health 

Daryl Landvatter strong passion for utilization of data and analytics to improve processes and goal oriented results.

Experienced Actuary in Population Health Analytics with a strong background in value-based contracting, utilization of risk adjustment methods, quality measure reporting, data structure, complex processes, reserving, pricing, and application of actuarial concepts in population health analytics.

At Network Health, focusing substantially on CMS Medicare Stars, NCQA HEDIS performance and value-based contracting with provider partners focusing on the Triple Aims of Health Care. Entails working with provider partners, vendors, and internal teams on data collection, reporting, analytics, and contracting to maximize results in true partnership.

 


Mallory Mueller
Director Quality Health Integration
Network Health

Mallory Mueller, Director of Quality Health Integration at Network Health provides clinical leadership in the quality department over various population health and quality programs including condition management, wellness, NCQA, HEDIS, clinical appeals review, and Stars. In addition, Mallory works with the clinical integration team to ensure members are receiving the right care at the right place and the right time.

Mallory graduated from UW-Green Bay and is a registered nurse with background in long term care and nursing administration. She lives in the Fox Valley with her husband and three children. She enjoys reading and spending time watching her kids’ sporting events.

 

Steve Rottmann, Jr.
Chief Operating Officer
Wisconsin Statewide Health Information Network

As COO, Steve is responsible for leading all business operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing customer and vendor contracts and assisting with marketing and sales initiatives. Rottmann previously worked as the Director of Information Technology at Oakwood Village, an organization that provides long-term care, acute care, rehabilitation, memory care and independent living services to aging adults in the greater Madison area. Prior to his position at Oakwood, he served in various IT roles at the Beaver Dam Unified School District, Badger Bank and Farmers & Merchants State Bank. Rottmann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Management of Information Systems from Cardinal Stritch University and served in the United States Army as a telecommunications sergeant (E-5), providing leadership to soldiers in combat during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

 


Renee Towne
Vice President of Population Health

Renee Towne is the Vice President of Population Health at KPI Ninja by Health Catalyst where she empowers clinicians and teams to draw on the power of data to improve outcomes. She has experience driving performance excellence across a variety of healthcare settings through people and process improvement methodologies. Renee holds a Doctor of Education degree as well as a Master of Occupational Therapy degree.
