Michael Ryan is a Digital Measure Programmer II working to transform and improve quality measurement here at NCQA. Michael works with a team of fellow programmers to accurately express clinical concepts in Clinical Quality Language (CQL) using QDM and FHIR® data models. Michael holds a BS in Health Administration and Policy from George Mason University.
