 Strategies Beyond Compliance\nParticipants will engage in 
 scenario-based learning and peer-to-peer collaboration to 
 explore the most challenging aspects of NCQA’s 
 credentialing standards. Through guided discussion and 
 real-world application\, learners will leave with actionable 
 strategies they can use to strengthen their credentialing 
 programs. A working knowledge of Credentialing will be 
 beneficial for a successful learning experience. Course 
 topics are not exclusive to NCQA requirements but are 
 applicable to NCQA requirements for both Health Plan 
 Accreditation (HPA) and Credentialing Accreditation.\n\nKey

 Macdonald is an independent consultant\, helping health care 
 organizations earn and maintain NCQA accreditation or 
 certification. She has 20+ years of accreditation knowledge 
 and has worked in leadership roles positions within NCQA\, 
 Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Elevance Health (formerly 
 known as Anthem). Tammy was the Staff Vice President of 
 Accreditation and Quality Programs through December 2024\, 
 where her teams managed the accreditation process for 
 Medicare\, Medicaid\, commercial and exchange health plans and 
 affiliated companies. She is also an active NCQA 
 Surveyor.\n\nMs. Macdonald earned her MPH from the 
 University of North Texas Health Science
