 will equip health care professionals and organizational 
 leaders with skills to address social needs\, implement best 
 practices and demonstrate the value and impact of health 
 care-community initiatives in alignment with NCQA standards.

 Business Case for Health care and Community Care Initiatives 
 - December 17\, 2025\, 12:30-1:30pm ET.\n    2.   Cross-Sector 
 Partnerships Initiatives: Strategies & Best Practices - 
 January 20\, 2026\, 1:00-2:00pm ET.\n    3.   Health Care and 
 Community Initiatives: Strategies & Best Practices - 
 February 10\, 2026\, 1:00-2:00pm ET.\n\n \n\nWhat You Will
