 MY2021.Faculty\n\nGarcene Duckett\, MSISGarcene Duckett is 
 the Assistant Director of Data Collection with the National 
 Committee For Quality Assurance (NCQA).\nShe is responsible 
 for overseeing the HEDIS Data Collection Process.  The 
 process includes managing Data Collection tools such as 
 NCQA’s Healthcare Organization Questionnaire (HOQ) and the 
 Interactive Data Submission System (IDSS). She supports 
 organizations through the process of submitting HEDIS data. 
 Garcene has over 17 years of HEDIS experience and has worked 
 in different departments throughout NCQA.\nGarcene completed 
 her undergraduate education in Business Administration at 
 Howard University\, Washington DC. She also holds a Master of 
 Science in Information Systems from the University of 
 Phoenix. \n Wendy Talbot\, MPHWendy Talbot is the 
 Assistance Vice President of Measure Collection and Audit\, 
 with the National Committee For Quality Assurance 
 (NCQA).\nShe is responsible for NCQA’s HEDIS Compliance 
 Audit program. This program maintains the HEDIS licensure 
 and certification contracts for audit firms and individual 
 auditors. She is also responsible for NCQA’s Data 
 Collection Department that maintains and support the 
 Healthcare Organization Questionnaire (HOQ) and the 
 Interactive Data Submissions System (IDSS).\nWendy has 20 
 years of industry experience working with federal\, state and 
 local government\, managed care and behavioral health 
 organizations\, and physician groups. Prior to working with 
 NCQA\, she worked as the Director of Performance Measure 
 Validation and Audits for Health Services Advisory Group 
 (HSAG)\, an External Quality Review Organization and one of 
 NCQA’s HEDIS Licensed Organizations. While at HSAG\, she 
 was an NCQA Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor and performed 
 over 150 HEDIS\, P4P and Performance Measure Validation 
 audits. She began her career as an Epidemiologist at the 
 Arizona Department of Health Services.\nWendy completed her 
 undergraduate education in Health Sciences at the University 
 of Nevada\, Reno. She also holds a Master of Public Health 
 degree from the University of Arizona. She has been a 
 Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor since 2007.\nContinuing 
 Education\n\nIn support of improving patient care\, the 
 National Committee for Quality Assurance is jointly 
 accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing 
 Medical Education (ACCME)\, the Accreditation Council for 
 Pharmacy Education (ACPE)\, the American Nurses Credentialing 
 Center (ANCC)\, the American Academy of Physician Assistants 
 (AAPA)\, the American Psychological Association (APA)\, and 
 the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) to 
 provide Interprofessional Continuing Education for the 
 healthcare team. \nThis educational activity is approved 
 for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. \nThis 
 educational activity is approved for 1.0 nursing contact 
 hours.*\nThis live course grants 1.0 Continuing Education 
 Unit (CEU) points for PCMH Certified Content
