 measuresFaculty\n\n\nRachel Harrington\, PhDRachel is a 
 Research Scientist in Performance Measurement and has been 
 with NCQA since 2019. She leads measure development and 
 testing in the area of healthcare resource utilization and 
 serves as the scientific and project lead on multiple 
 federally funded NCQA measurement projects. This includes 
 HEDIS© risk-adjusted utilization measures\, appropriate 
 medication use in the elderly and strategies for evolving 
 approaches to social determinants of health in quality 
 measurement.\nBefore joining NCQA\, Rachel led North American 
 health economics and outcomes research for anti-infective 
 products at Astellas Pharma. Dr. Harrington holds a Ph.D. in 
 Pharmacy Systems\, Outcomes and Policy from the University of 
 Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy and a B.A from 
 Marquette University.\n \n\nEmily HubbardEmily Hubbard is 
 a Health Care Analyst in the Performance Measurement 
 Department at the National Committee for Quality Assurance 
 (NCQA).  \nEmily supports projects related to the 
 development and maintenance of performance measures focused 
 on diabetes and cardiovascular care. She also supports 
 the management and coordination of multi-stakeholder groups\, 
 including the Committee on Performance 
 Measurement. \nEmily holds a Bachelor of Anthropology and a 
 Bachelor of Public & Nonprofit Administration\, with a 
 specialty in Community Health\, from Grand Valley State 
 University. \n \n\nPamela LighterPam Lighter is a Senior 
 Research Associate at the National Committee for Quality 
 Assurance (NCQA) where she leads measure development for 
 multiple projects within the performance measurement 
 department focused on individuals with chronic conditions 
 and older adults\, improving care coordination\, and 
 patient-reported outcomes. Prior to joining NCQA\, Ms. 
 Lighter was a Project Specialist with the AARP Public Policy 
 Institute where she provided programmatic support for the 
 implementation of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s 
 Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action\, a national 
 initiative to guide implementation of the recommendations in 
 The Future of Nursing: Leading Change\, Advancing Health\, a 
 landmark Institute of Medicine (IOM) report. Prior to 
 joining AARP\, Ms. Lighter was a Research Assistant at the 
 IOM where she provided research and basic programmatic 
 support for multiple projects\, including two consensus 
 studies and one forum focused on quality of care and life 
 for individuals living with chronic conditions.\n \n\nNancy 
 McGee\, MS\, MBANancy A. McGee is a Senior Health Care 
 Analyst in the Research and Analysis Department  at the 
 National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). She is 
 responsible for the development and maintenance of HEDIS 
 measures primarily addressing geriatric health care. Nancy 
 also works on research efforts focused on person-driven 
 outcomes for individuals with serious illness\, multiple 
 chronic conditions and disabilities.\nPrior to joining NCQA\, 
 Nancy worked for several years in the area of employee 
 benefits including as a benefits manager for a national\, 
 1100+ employee organization\; as a health and benefits 
 consultant for Mercer\, and as a project manager implementing 
 benefits administration systems for ADP and Ceridian.\nNancy 
 holds a M.S. degree in Gerontology from the University of 
 Utah School of Nursing and a M.B.A from the University of 
 Utah.\n \n\nBrandi Melville\nManager\, Quality Solutions 
 Group\nNCQA\n \n\nLyndsey Nguyen\, MS\, BAMs. Nguyen 
 currently serves as a Senior Health Care Analyst in the 
 Performance Measurement Department at the National Committee 
 for Quality Assurance (NCQA©). She manages\, leads\, and 
 coordinates activities related to the development of quality 
 metrics for U.S. health care. Her areas of focus include 
 mental health\, substance use\, and pain management. Ms. 
 Nguyen holds an M.S. degree in Physiology (Complementary and 
 Alternative Medicine) from Georgetown University\, and a B.A. 
 in Cognitive Science from the University of 
 Virginia. \n \n\nCindy Ottone\, MHACindy Ottone is Director 
 of Policy Measures in Performance Measurement at NCQA.\nShe 
 supports the development and implementation of HEDIS and 
 other NCQA measures. Ms. Ottone represents the policy 
 perspective on several NCQA projects\, including Measure 
 Advisory Panels\, the Audit Methodology Panel and HEDIS Data 
 Submission. She also supports areas where NCQA measures are 
 used in other organizations’ programs including\, 
 QRS/Exchanges\, the CHIPRA Core Set\, QPP and NQF.\n Prior to 
 working at NCQA\, Ms. Ottone was assigned to quality 
 measurement and improvement at Companion HealthCare\, a Blue 
 Cross Blue Shield HMO. While at Companion\, Ms. Ottone 
 focused her efforts on HEDIS measurement and reporting\, 
 Disease Management Programs\, and Quality Improvement 
 Activities in both the clinical and operations areas. Ms. 
 Ottone has also worked in large provider practices with 
 their billing systems and strategic planning.  \nMs. 
 Ottone received her Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and 
 Policy from the University of Maryland\, Baltimore.  She 
 received a Master of Health Administration from the 
 University of South Carolina\, School of Public Health. Ms. 
 Ottone is on the Board of Trustees at Palmetto Richland 
 Hospital and has previously served as adjunct faculty at 
 George Washington University School of Medicine and Health 
 Sciences and University of South Carolina School of Public 
 Health.\nCurrently\, Ms. Ottone serves her community as a 
 Trustee on the Richland Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees 
 and the Prisma Health Midlands Board of 
 Directors.\n \n\nDanielle Rainis\, MPHDanielle Rainis is a 
 Senior Health Care Analyst with the National Committee for 
 Quality Assurance. She tests\, develops and maintains HEDIS 
 risk adjusted utilization measures of acute hospitalization\, 
 emergency department utilization and inpatient 
 readmissions.\nContinuing Education\n\nIn support of 
 improving patient care\, the National Committee for Quality 
 Assurance is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council 
 for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)\, the Accreditation 
 Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)\, the American Nurses 
 Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide Interprofessional 
 Continuing Education for the healthcare team. \nThis 
 educational activity is approved for a maximum of 1.5 AMA
