 CPEE\nEdward M. Yu\, MD\, FAAFP\, CMQ\, CPPS\, CPE is Chief 
 Quality Officer for Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) at 
 Sutter Health. He is in charge of strategic and tactical 
 elements of PAMF’s quality and patient safety programs. He 
 leads various performance evaluation programs to monitor 
 outcomes across patient populations and oversees PAMF’s 
 patient safety reporting system and improvement efforts. Dr. 
 Yu is a current Fellow in the California Health Care 
 Foundation Leadership Program.\nContinuing Education\n\nIn 
 support of improving patient care\, the National Committee 
 for Quality Assurance is jointly accredited by the 
 Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
