 Webinar\nNCQA Distinction in Behavioral health helps primary 
 care practices better integrate behavioral healthcare into 
 their care delivery. Behavioral health conditions (mental 
 illnesses\, substance use disorders) are often 
 under-diagnosed late\, delaying treatment. This leads to 
 poorer health outcomes and higher costs of care.\n\nThese 
 conditions can often be identified and treated in a primary 
 care setting\, which can result in seamless care. This 
 improves treatment of behavioral health conditions\, and 
 other chronic medical conditions\, resulting in better health 
 outcomes overall.\n\nDuring the Best Practices in 
 Behiavioral Health Distinction webinar\, faculty will offer a 
 review of the program requirements and outline best practice 
 approaches within different care delivery settings. Faculty 
 will discuss practice readiness\, as well as how to deveop a 
 plan to implement both in-house and telehealth services. In 
 addition\, this program will include recommendations for how 
 to dual purpose documentation and prepare evidence for

 manager.\n\n \n\nAbout the Speakers\nSarah Lee\, PCMH 
 CCE\n\nSarah Lee has been at NCQA since 2012 and is the 
 Assistant Director\, Recognition Programs\, Policy and 
 Resources. She supports the development\, maintenance and 
 update of NCQA's practice-level recognition and 
 state-specific certification programs. She also focuses on 
 providing both internal staff and external customers with 
 the resources needed to clearly understand recognition 
 program processes and requirements. Prior to this role\, she 
 was a manager of Government Recognition Initiatives where 
 she oversaw the review process for federal qualified health 
 centers and military facilities pursuing NCQA 
 recognition.\n\nSarah graduated from the University of 
 California San Diego with a B.A. in International Studies\, 
 Economics. She received her M.P.A with a focus on Policy 
 Analysis and Evaluation from The George Washington 
 University in Washington\, DC.\n\nAmanda Ciadella\, MPH\, PCMH 
 CCE\n\nAmanda joined The Verden Group in 2017 as Senior 
 Consultant\, with a focus on the Florida Chapter of the 
 American Academy of Pediatrics statewide PCMH project where 
 she has supported over 27 practices with their PCMH goals. 
 Her combined background in health administration and her 
 recent work in population health management bring a wealth 
 of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Amanda's 
 education in health care began with a bachelor's degree in 
 health administration and a master's of public health from 
 the University of West Florida. She was also Office Manager 
 in a pediatrics practice in Crystal River\, Florida\, where 
 she participated in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida pilot 
 PCMH program and helped the practice earn NCQA Recognition. 
 Dedicated to expanding her knowledge of PCMH and helping 
 clients navigate the path to NCQA Recognition\, Amanda has 
 been a PCMH CCE since 2014 and has supported practices under 
 the PCMH 2011\, 2014 and 2017 standards.\n \n\nContinuing 
 Education \nThis live webinar provides maintenance of 
 certification credit (2 points) under "required continuing 
 education" for PCMH CCEs.  This is a non AMA PRA Category
