Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When is Digital Quality Summit?

The 2021 Digital Quality Summit will be held virtually from July 13-15, 2021. Preconference sessions are on July 12.

Q: Where is Digital Quality Summit being held?

Due to the pandemic, this year’s Digital Quality Summit will be held virtually.

Q: What does registration fee include?

The registration fee include a single access to the main Summit (July 13-15) and preconference (July 12). It also includes access to the recordings for 3 months.

Q: What are the preconference sessions? Do I need to register for them separately?

The preconference sessions on July 12 are specifically for attendees who are new to the Digital Quality Summit or new to the digital quality measurement space. There will be 2 concurrent sessions on:

1. FHIR® and CQL for Digital Quality
2. The Anatomy and Ecosystem of Digital Quality Measures (dQM)

These sessions will be recorded and made available for registrants who cannot join us live on July 12.

Q: Will there be recordings of the Summit?

Yes. Registrants will have access to the recording of general sessions and track sessions for 3 months. However, there will not be recordings of breakout rooms during track sessions.

Q: My plans have changed and I can no longer attend the Summit in July. What are my options?

As your registration fee includes access to the recordings, you can watch the content on demand within 3 months after the Summit. You can also substitute a colleague from your organization. Substitutions must be made by July 2. Please contact us at dqs@ncqa.org.

Q: Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

A refund of the registration fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will apply to cancellations made by June 11. There will be no refund after June 11. To cancel your registration,  click the “modify your registration” link in your confirmation email.

Q: Do I need to install anything to attend the Summit?

Access to the Summit will be web-based. You will need to use a recent browser such as Chrome or Firefox. For track sessions, it is recommended that you download the latest version of Zoom client to be able to interact with speakers and other attendees.

Q: Do you offer any continuing education credits?

PCMH Certified Content Experts (CCEs) who register for and attend Digital Quality Summit receive 7 elective points towards maintenance of certification (MOC). CCEs must register for Digital Quality Summit using the email address associated with their CEC Candidate ID number. Credits will automatically post in My CEC within two weeks of the event. We are not offering other credits at this time.

Q: I want to attend Digital Quality Summit with my colleagues, can I share my registration/access with them?

Each registration only allows a single access to Digital Quality Summit 2021. To attend with colleagues, please register each one of them. We offer a group discount when you register 3 or more attendees from the same organization at the same time, as one group, and attendees after the first two will receive $50 off their registration fees at checkout. Group discount may not be combined with any other discounts.
