Frequently Asked Questions

What are “tracks” at the Digital Quality Summit?

Tracks are concurrent sessions. This year there are five tracks of interactive, hands-on working sessions where participants and the track lead and faculty develop new ways to solve quality measurement issues.

Am I required to choose a track before the Summit?

No! But we do ask for your track preference, so we can assign the meeting space accordingly.

You are welcome to switch between tracks during the Summit. To help you understand what tracks have done in previous working sessions, session summaries will be posted on the wall in each track room.

Will slides be available after the Summit?

Yes. Some slides presented during the Summit will be provided to attendees at the end of the Summit. Watch for an email from dqs@ncqa.org with a link to the evaluation survey and a link to download all slides.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the Summit?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the meeting area. You will receive login information when you check in at our registration desk.

What should I bring to the Summit?

We encourage you to bring your laptop to the Summit, to participate in working sessions. Power outlets are available in working sessions to charge your devices.

Is there a dress code for Digital Quality Summit?

The dress code for the Summit is business casual. Remember that hotel conference rooms can be cool. You might want to dress in layers.

Do I need a copy of the confirmation email or registration confirmation number to check in at registration?

No. We only need your first and last name for your Summit badge.

What meals are included with registration?

July 17: Breakfast and lunch

July 18: Breakfast and lunch

Coffee, tea and snacks are available during the Summit, as well.
