This privacy statement demonstrates NCQA’s commitment to your right to privacy and explains how the National Committee for Quality Assurance (the “NCQA”) may use information collected from your use of the Swapcard platform hosted by Amazon Web Services.

About NCQA: NCQA is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of health care. Your registration to attend the 2021 Digital Quality Summit constitutes acceptance of our terms of use posted on the NCQA.org website. By accessing the Swapcard platform, you also agree to the terms as described in this privacy statement.

Your Use of Swapcard: The Digital Quality Summit is only accessible through the Swapcard platform. When you access the event, you are required to provide personal data as more fully described below. Your personal data may be used by NCQA and its employees and representatives to provide and/or perform the services you requested related to the Digital Quality Summit. NCQA may also use your information to offer you additional information, products or services that match your areas of interest. NCQA has no control over, and is not responsible for, the privacy policies or content of Swapcard or other linked pages in the platform.

Information Collection, Disclosure and Use by NCQA: When you access the Swapcard platform, you may asked to provide information about yourself and/or your organization to register for services, including your name, job title, organization, brief biography, profile picture, mailing address, email address, telephone number, website and social media accounts. NCQA does not store or retain any credit card or other financial information. NCQA may share your information with HL7, a co-host of the event. NCQA and HL7 may use the information solely to provide an invitation to subscribe to each organization’s promotional emails and provide information related to the 2021 and future Digital Quality Summits.

Privacy Practices: By registering with your personal information, you are accepting the practices and consenting to the use of your personal information as described in this privacy statement. NCQA does not sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense or distribute personal information that we receive. We use and disclose personal information only as described in this privacy statement or as otherwise required by law, regulation or court order. If NCQA is requested by law enforcement officials or to provide personal information, NCQA may, without your consent, provide such information. If you do not agree with our terms and practices, do not proceed.
