Preparing for an NCQA Survey Using the Interactive Survey System (ISS): A Hands-On Workshop

About the Program

Intermediate.jpgThis seminar is perfect for you if you’ll be managing the preparation of an NCQA survey, leading the readiness evaluation team, or teaching others about NCQA’s Web-based survey process, the Interactive Survey System (ISS).  Participants will be led by NCQA surveyors and given in-depth guidance on how to to prepare for a survey including documentation preparation and mapping. In addition, participants will learn about the ISS and actually have an opportunity to navigate through the ISS tool.

This program has a very limited enrollment so register early to secure your seat!

Seminar Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Registration is from 8:10 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be served.

At the completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss tips and tools that will provide guidance in the preparation of a successful NCQA survey.
  • Describe effective strategies in preparing documents to attach to the ISS.
  • Review key functions of the survey tool, including linking documents, troubleshooting during submission and uploading.
  • Understand common issues through the review of frequently asked questions and clarifications.
