Hands-On: The Interactive Survey System (ISS) for NCQA Accreditation

This seminar is perfect for you if you will be managing the preparation of an NCQA survey, leading the readiness evaluation team, or teaching others about NCQA’s Web-based survey process, the Interactive Survey System (ISS). Participants will take part in a live demo and learn how to navigate through the ISS tool. You will receive step-by-step instruction by NCQA faculty on everything from organizing the document library to managing administrative functions.

This program has a very limited enrollment so register early to secure your seat!

Seminar Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Registration is from 8:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Lunch will be served.

Objectives & Agenda

At the completion of this program, you will be able to:

  • Use the Interactive Survey System to conduct a readiness evaluation and prepare for an accreditation survey.
  • Demonstrate key functions of the survey tool, including inserting text, linking documents, completing worksheets, and using the reference functions.
  • Describe effective strategies to organize and manage the document library.
  • Navigate the ISS administrative features, including user management, security, and viewing history of changes.
  • Teach others in your organization the basics of using the ISS.
