Education, Program Manager
The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), whose mission is to improve the quality of health care, is seeking a Education, Program Manager.
Job Description
The Education, Program Manager will manage the planning and implementation of NCQA Education seminars, on-line programs, corporate training and internal education programs, including needs assessment, budget and program development, program delivery and evaluation, in compliance with ACCME and ANCC regulations
Duties and Responsibilities
This person will serve as team leader for assigned NCQA Education programs, from concept to delivery, in compliance with ACCME and ANCC regulations– including needs assessment, faculty and planning committee recruitment, creation of learning objectives, program design and development, materials production, program delivery and evaluation.
Moreover, this person will develop, manage and monitor program budgets, including approving expense reports and forecasting anticipated revenue and expenses.
In addition, this person will manage final preparation and oversee production of program-specific participant materials
Responsibilities
3-5 years in educational design or project management in a
related field
Education: Bachelors degree
Skills:
- Strong project management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; some knowledge of Excel
