About the Program

Intro.jpgThis seminar is designed for organizations undergoing their first NCQA survey or those that have new staff managing the survey process. Presentations will provide an overview of the intent and requirements of all the 2009 standards and a high-level overview of the Interactive Survey System.

NOTE: Organizations that need a more extensive review of the ISS are encouraged to attend the Nov. 19th Hands-On ISS training.

For both sessions, seminar hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with registration 8 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on November 17th. Continental breakfast and lunch will be served both days.
