About the Program

Intro.jpgThis seminar is designed for organizations undergoing their first NCQA survey or those that have new staff managing the survey process. Participants will gain a thorough understanding that will enable them to effectively prepare for their NCQA Health Plan or MBHO Accreditation survey. Presentations will provide an overview of the intent and requirements of all the 2008 standards and includes a high-level overview of the Interactive Survey System.

NOTE: Those who need a more extensive review of the ISS are encouraged to attend the April 25th Hands-On ISS training.

Seminar Hours:
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. both days
Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on April 23rd. Please note the buiding does not open and you will not be able to enter until 8:00 a.m.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be served both days.

NCQA is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

The National Committee for Quality Assurance designates this educational activity for a maximum of 12.6 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This educational activity is approved for 12.6 nursing education contact hours.
