This seminar highlights changes to NCQA 2008 Accreditation for HMO, POS and PPO plans and will address standards and HEDIS® and CAHPS® requirements for accreditation.

Note: Technical specifications for HEDIS and CAHPS are not covered in this seminar.

NCQA is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
