Diabetes Recognition Program (Live)

What is it?
This is a live on line demonstration of the Data Collection Tool including how to do the set up and how to use it.
Who should attend?
Anyone considering applying or completing an application for recognition.
What does the program cost?
The program is free to attend.
Where is it being held?
The location is at your facility.
Computer and telephone system requirements:
Your system must meet these minimum requirements in order to register for these workshops:
- Internet connection of 56K kbps connection or better (AOL users: AOL5.0 and above only)
- Netscape 4.x or Internet Explorer 4.x and above
- A separate telephone line is required in addition to the line used to dial up to ISP (if applicable)
PLEASE NOTE: You also will need to download the Event Manager software to participate in this WebEx program. This simple set-up takes less than a minute for high-speed connections. It is from a trusted source, and it’s free. The required link will be provided with your seminar confirmation letter.
**Registration is required: You must register for this training session since the number of participant lines is limited to 23. Register at drp@ncqa.org.
Please be sure you have received your confirmation and instructions before the demonstration begins. We will not be able to register last minute call in participants to the live demonstration.
Registration is per site; however, multiple users can be present at each site depending on your facility capabilities (i.e., you may use an LCD projector and speakerphone in a meeting room). The seminar will be conducted using the Data Collection Tool via the Internet in addition to a conference call connection.
You will need to set up your computer the day before the WebEx by accessing the link for your computer and the phone call-in number. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail along with your confirmation for the WebEx.
There are no handouts for this presentation; participants will observe the presentation on the computer screen and take notes as needed.
