NCQA's Research Department is responsible for expanding and enhancing the use of health plan-quality data. Research is conducted, in large part, in collaboration with academic research groups and with private and public organizations, and its aim is to advance NCQA’s mission and vision by providing valuable information to improve health care.
NCQA research encompasses a number of internal projects, as well as a growing number of collaborations with academic institutions and private and government research groups.
