Please note:

NCQA continues to improve evaluating and sharing data. Working on advice from our technical teams and our constituents, such as CMS, we are implementing changes to the way we post the audit means and percentiles. These changes to our processes include moving access to the 2009 means and percentiles to our IDSS system, where they will be available to all plans and auditors. On the NCQA Web site, you can still find the Commercial and Medicaid data from previous years, but all new audit means and percentiles will be posted to IDSS.

• Certain table rows (e.g., age categories) are not displayed if fewer than 30 health plans report valid rates. However, health plans without enough members in a specific age group for reporting could have enough members dispersed through all the age categories to report a total; therefore, in these reports, the totals are not necessarily equal to the sum of the age categories. 
• Rates are reported for total product lines, not as stratifications by Product line/eligibility.  
• All updates and changes are marked in blue font in the spreadsheets.
