However, health plans without enough members in a specific age group for reporting could have enough members dispersed through all the age categories to report a total; therefore, in these reports, the totals are not necessarily equal to the sum of the age categories. 
• Rates are reported for total product lines, not as stratifications by Product line/eligibility.
