Approval is No Longer Required

As of August 1, 2011, NCQA no longer routinely requires that you submit for our advance approval your promotional materials referencing your NCQA status.


Update to NCQA's Marketing Audit

As of June 7, 2013, NCQA no longer requires that organizations randomly selected for audits submit copies of their promotional materials referencing their NCQA status(es) or product(s) for the previous 15½ months. Instead, we ask that organizations maintain and submit copies of their marketing and advertising materials released or used in the past six months.
