The Quality Dividend Calculator: Compass Edition is an online tool that provides direct plan to plan comparisons to analyze how health care quality affects cost among employee populations. Use the QDC to assess the impact of health care quality on productivity and absenteeism in your organization related to the following conditions:

By filtering plan-specific HEDIS results against user-entered population characteristics as well as labor and wage data, the QDC – Compass Edition demonstrates the value of selecting high quality and accredited health plans. QDC 2010 will include performance data from Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) reporting products for the first time.
