About the Program
At this one-day seminar, NCQA staff will review the standards for organizations interested in pursuing NCQA’s new Case Management Accreditation. Participants will learn about:
- The program’s eligibility requirements
- How the program compares to Health Plan
Accreditation QI 7
- How the standards apply across a variety of settings, such as health plans, patient-centered medical homes and community care teams
- The survey process

Continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:
- Describe how the NCQA Case Management Accreditation standards promote quality through improving patient care coordination and services
- Outline the Case Management Accreditation standards
- Analyze the relationship between the NCQA Case Management standards and care transitions
- Prepare for a Case Management Accreditation survey
