About the Program

Intro.jpgAt this one-day seminar, NCQA staff will review the standards for organizations interested in pursuing NCQA’s new Case Management Accreditation. Participants will learn about:

  • The program’s eligibility requirements
  • How the program compares to Health Plan 
    Accreditation QI 7
  • How the standards apply across a variety of settings, such as health plans, patient-centered medical homes and community care teams
  • The survey process 
Seminar Hours:

8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Registration is from 8:10 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be served.

Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:  

  • Describe how the NCQA Case Management Accreditation standards promote quality through improving patient care coordination and services 
  • Outline the Case Management Accreditation standards  
  • Analyze the relationship between the NCQA Case Management standards and care transitions  
  • Prepare for a Case Management Accreditation survey
