With NCQA’s permission, Consumer Reports published NCQA’s private, Medicaid and Medicare plan rankings online in October 2012 and in the November 2012 issue of Consumer Reports magazine, ensuring that this valuable information reaches millions of consumers. The 2012–2013 rankings uses the same core methodology that NCQA has used every year since 2005, with minor changes to the measures used, as occur every year.
